Process
Therapy provides a space to attend to the deeper, formative stories of your life, and consider how these are repeating in your current life and how to move forward. Sometimes repeated challenging patterns occurring in life will appear within the therapy relationship. This is to be expected and worked with.
Relational therapy is a collaborative process where we will work together to address your needs and acknowledge your strengths. Everyone’s therapy experience is unique, there is no one size fits all. I aim to facilitate a relationship where you feel free and curious to explore and grow.
To begin we will meet and explore what’s brought you to therapy. This will give me some initial idea of what our work together will look like.
